When All of Your Essie’s Look Alike

You ever see a new Essie collection and think, “Didn’t they do that color already?” and then, “I wish I could see all the similar ones swatched side by side!” Enter: your new best friend Abbi.
Let me break it down for you: Essie Watermelon is the lightest and most pink, Essie Style Hunter is the warmest and most red, Essie Haute in the Heat is more raspberry, and Essie Plumberry is the darkest. The closest two are Haute and Plumberry.
Now you can make an informed shopping decision. Formula-wise, Haute is the best (squishy, self-levels, opaque in one coat of applied right) but it is the newest, so maybe that is why the others are watery. I don’t need them all. Style Hunter is the most useless considering all my Essie Reds.
