Orly Charged Up is a glossy grape creme from the Summer 2010 High Voltage collection. I have seen plenty of bottles of it at several TJ Maxx stores (NYC, at the time of this posting). The texture is thin and watery (I have seen it described on blogs as squishy, like a jelly) but build-able and opaque after three coats. Dry time takes well over ten minutes per layer. BOO!
Sinful Colors Mystery Moonshine is a multi-color flakie glitter made of copper, green and light purple foil shards. It is from the Sinful Colors Halloween 2014 Wicked Color collection. Here is a great sighting of the entire lot by G at Nouveau Cheap. I bought several glitters from that collection and will review them in an upcoming post.
This about sums it up: TJ Maxx is my new favorite place to find forgotten Orly, Essie and OPI treasures. Charged Up takes patience to work with but provides good color payoff. Update an old polish color with a new glitter topper!
